This year, your child's sports physical can be quick, easy and they will even think it's fun.

Although we don't treat sprained ankles and colds, WellnessMart, MD is the ideal location for the mandatory physical exam for required by many youth sports organizations as well as all high schools and colleges.

This exam, preformed by a medical doctor, consists of the following:

• Body composition analysis (along with a coupon for a follow up post-season analysis)
• Vital signs
• Medical history and evaluation
• Cardiovascular and pulmonary examination
• Completion of appropriate paperwork

Sports physicals are available anytime during regular business hours. Appointments are required to ensure doctor availability, but may be scheduled same day.
